When I first started having sex, it was an ordeal I detested but felt I had to engage in because I wanted to please my partner. He knew nothing about pleasing me and I knew nothing about enjoying the experience. This went on for years until I got fed up with all the stories I hear from friends and social media (movies included as well as the books I read). I then decided to do something about it and this led me on my journey to becoming the Sex Therapist I am today.

I will take us on a journey to my sex self awareness and how I overcame all the difficulties I experienced sexually
